Terms & Conditions
Last updated: September 21, 2026
These Terms & Conditions describe the general terms that apply when you request, schedule, purchase, or receive services from Doggy Doo Crew LLC ("Doggy Doo Crew," "DDC," "we," "us," or "our").
By requesting or accepting service from Doggy Doo Crew, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Certain commercial services may also be governed by a separate proposal, quote, service agreement, or other written terms. If those terms conflict with these Terms & Conditions, the terms of the applicable written agreement will control for that service.
1. Services
Doggy Doo Crew provides residential and commercial pet waste removal and related services, including recurring pet waste removal, one-time cleanups, yard deodorizing, pet waste station installation and maintenance, common-area cleanup, waste haul-away, and other related services.
The services provided to each customer are based on the service plan, quote, proposal, or other arrangement agreed upon with Doggy Doo Crew.
2. Residential Recurring Service - No Contracts
Residential recurring service does not require a long-term contract. Customers may pause or cancel recurring residential service by contacting Doggy Doo Crew. We appreciate as much advance notice as reasonably possible so we can manage our routes efficiently.
Commercial services may be subject to separate service periods, cancellation requirements, or other terms contained in the applicable proposal or service agreement.
3. Scheduling, Routes and Weather
Recurring customers will generally be assigned a regular service day based on route availability and location. Service days and arrival times are not guaranteed.
Routes may change because of weather, holidays, staffing, traffic, route optimization, safety conditions, or other operational circumstances. Doggy Doo Crew will communicate material schedule changes when reasonably possible.
We work through normal Florida weather when conditions allow us to perform the service safely and effectively. Heavy rain, lightning, flooding, tropical weather, saturated properties, or other unsafe or impractical conditions may require service to be delayed or rescheduled.
Doggy Doo Crew normally sends an on-the-way notification before arriving. Occasional technical, cellular, software, or operational issues may prevent a notification from being delivered.
4. Property Access and Gates
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to all areas included in their service. Gates should be unlocked or otherwise accessible, access instructions should be accurate, and service areas should be reasonably free from hazards or obstructions that prevent service.
If we arrive for a scheduled visit but cannot safely or reasonably access the service area because of a customer-side access issue, the scheduled visit may still be charged. If we are still nearby and a return is practical, we will make a reasonable effort to accommodate the customer, but a same-day return cannot be guaranteed.
Gate security is an important part of our service process. Our normal practice is to securely close and latch gates after service and provide a closed-gate photo for added peace of mind when reasonably possible.
Customers are responsible for notifying us of special gate instructions, locks, damaged latches, malfunctioning gates, or other conditions that may affect safe access or securing the property.
5. Dogs and Safety
Friendly dogs are generally welcome to remain outside during service when our technician can safely perform the work.
Customers must secure any dog or other animal that may be aggressive, territorial, excessively disruptive, likely to escape, or otherwise create an unsafe working environment.
Doggy Doo Crew may decline to enter, stop service, or leave a property if a technician reasonably believes an animal, property condition, or other circumstance presents a safety concern.
Customers should notify us of known hazards or unusual conditions that could affect safe service.
6. Yard Conditions and Scope of Service
Doggy Doo Crew makes a reasonable effort to remove visible pet waste from the areas included in the customer's service that are safely and reasonably accessible.
Tall or overgrown grass, leaves, standing water, debris, gravel, rocks, landscaping, heavy vegetation, poor visibility, clutter, construction, inaccessible areas, or other property conditions may make some waste difficult or impossible to locate or safely remove.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their property, pets, access arrangements, and service needs and for notifying us of material changes.
7. Initial Cleanups, Skips and Paused Service
An initial cleanup or reset charge may apply when a property contains substantially more accumulated pet waste than would normally be expected for the selected recurring service.
The same may apply when service resumes following an extended pause, multiple skipped visits, an access issue, or another period during which waste has accumulated.
If conditions are materially different from what was described when service was requested, Doggy Doo Crew will make a reasonable effort to communicate any significant additional charge before proceeding.
8. Waste Disposal and Haul-Away
Unless otherwise arranged, pet waste is normally double-bagged and placed in an accessible outdoor trash bin at the customer's property.
If an appropriate outdoor trash bin is not available or accessible, the securely bagged waste may be left near the gate or in another reasonable outdoor location.
Customers who prefer Doggy Doo Crew to remove the waste from the property may request haul-away service where available. Additional charges may apply.
9. Yard Deodorizing and Equipment Cleanliness
Yard deodorizing may be available as an add-on or standalone service. Deodorizing products are intended to help break down odor-causing organic material and reduce unpleasant pet odors. Results vary based on property conditions, weather, surface type, and other factors.
Deodorizing is not represented as permanently eliminating all odors, sterilizing a property, or guaranteeing a particular health outcome.
Doggy Doo Crew also follows equipment-cleaning and sanitation procedures as part of our normal service process to help reduce the possibility of transferring unwanted material between properties. No cleaning or sanitation process can guarantee the elimination of all bacteria, viruses, parasites, or other contaminants.
10. Service Concerns
We take pride in our work and want customers to be happy with their service.
If you believe something was missed or have another concern about a completed service, please contact Doggy Doo Crew as soon as reasonably possible. We will review the concern and make a reasonable effort to make things right when appropriate.
Property conditions such as tall grass, leaves, debris, poor visibility, or inaccessible areas may affect our ability to locate every piece of pet waste.
11. Pricing, Billing and Payment
Pricing is based on factors that may include service frequency, number of dogs, property conditions, service type, service area, scope of work, and other service-specific considerations. Applicable taxes and approved add-ons or additional services may be added to the quoted price.
Payment is due following completed service unless a different billing arrangement has been agreed upon. Customers may receive invoices or secure payment links electronically. We ask that outstanding residential service balances be paid promptly, generally within 24 hours of service.
Doggy Doo Crew may update pricing when business conditions or the scope of service change. Applicable pricing changes will be communicated before they take effect whenever reasonably practical.
Commercial accounts may have different billing terms stated in their proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
12. Saved Payment Methods and Payment Authorization
Doggy Doo Crew uses third-party payment and customer-management systems to securely process payments and manage authorized payment methods.
When a customer chooses to save a payment method and authorizes it for future, recurring, one-time, or prescheduled service payments, Doggy Doo Crew may use that authorized payment method to collect amounts due for services provided in accordance with the customer's payment instructions and service arrangement.
Having more than one payment method saved to a customer's account does not, by itself, mean that every saved payment method has been authorized as an interchangeable or automatic fallback payment method.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information and may update saved payment methods through the applicable secure customer payment system.
If an authorized payment cannot be successfully processed, Doggy Doo Crew may send a secure invoice or payment link and request that the customer update their payment information or complete the outstanding payment. Service may be paused or suspended if an account becomes materially past due.
13. Cancellations
Residential recurring customers may cancel service without a long-term contract.
We ask customers to provide notice before the next scheduled visit whenever reasonably possible. If a technician has already been dispatched or service has already been performed before the cancellation is received, the applicable service charge may still be due.
14. Commercial, HOA and Pet Waste Station Services
Doggy Doo Crew provides services to apartments, HOAs, property managers, commercial properties, and other dog-friendly communities.
Commercial service may include recurring common-area cleanup, dog-park cleanup, pet waste station servicing, station installation, waste removal, bag restocking, liner replacement, and related services. The exact scope, frequency, price, and billing terms are determined by the applicable quote, proposal, or service agreement.
Pet waste station repairs, replacement parts, new stations, and installation may involve additional charges. Doggy Doo Crew is not responsible for vandalism, theft, misuse, normal wear, pre-existing defects, or damage not caused by Doggy Doo Crew.
15. Communications and Service Documentation
By providing contact information in connection with a quote, service request, customer account, or active service relationship, customers authorize Doggy Doo Crew to contact them as reasonably necessary regarding their inquiry or service.
Communications may include calls, emails, and text messages related to quotes, scheduling, technician arrival, completed service, invoices, payments, account matters, weather, route changes, and customer support. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
Doggy Doo Crew may also take operational photographs reasonably necessary to document service, property access, gate closure, pet waste stations, service conditions, or other service-related matters. These photographs may be used for customer communication, service documentation, quality control, training, safety, or resolving service concerns.
Doggy Doo Crew will not intentionally use identifiable private-property photographs for unrelated promotional purposes when separate permission would reasonably be appropriate.
16. Referrals and Promotions
Referral programs, credits, promotions, and special offers may have separate eligibility requirements and may be changed or discontinued by Doggy Doo Crew.
The current terms communicated by Doggy Doo Crew for a particular promotion or referral offer will control that offer.
17. Third-Party Systems
Doggy Doo Crew uses third-party technology providers for functions such as customer management, scheduling, communications, payment processing, website hosting, and other business operations.
Use of certain third-party systems may also be subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy practices.
18. Suspension or Termination of Service
Doggy Doo Crew may decline, suspend, or terminate service when reasonably necessary because of unsafe conditions, inaccessible property, aggressive animals, repeated nonpayment, abusive or threatening conduct, repeated service interference, property conditions that prevent reasonable service, or other circumstances that make continuing service impractical or unsafe.
We will make a reasonable effort to communicate the reason when appropriate.
19. Changes to These Terms
Doggy Doo Crew may update its services, operating practices, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The current version will be posted on our website with the applicable Last Updated date. Material changes affecting an active customer's service may also be communicated directly when appropriate.
20. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
