Terms Of Service
Upon acceptance of Doggy Doo Crew's service proposal, these services shall continue indefinitely and on a recurring basis until canceled in accordance with these Terms of Service.
Cancellation
Clients may cancel services at any time without penalty. To request cancellation, please call Doggy Doo Crew or email us at mydoggydoocrew@gmail.com.
Fee Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service provided. We will bill the credit card you placed on file with us at the completion of each service. Sales tax may apply. Clients are responsible for additional charges, reasonable collection, and attorney's fees incurred by Doggy Doo Crew to bring the account current.
Payment Method
Clients shall submit credit card information to put on file and for payment processing. Doggy Doo Crew is a locally owned business, and client credit card information will not be shared with third-party entities.
Consent To Contact
By providing a cell phone number and/or email address, clients consent to receive communications from Doggy Doo Crew, including calls, text messages, and emails, for communication, billing, collections, or customer care services.
Electronic Documents
Clients may receive electronic versions of documents associated with their account. Providing consent does not guarantee all documents will be provided electronically.
Refunds
Doggy Doo Crew does not offer refunds unless the error is on our part. Refunds, if given, will exclude processing fees and proration of services. Account credits may be provided on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds for missed services due to weather or a holiday. Therefore, in these cases, we will skip service for that day/week and see you the following week. A refund will not be issued as we still have to pick up all of the poop that would have been scooped the prior week. If you need the area cleaned before your next scheduled service, please call us, and we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee it.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If clients are not satisfied, Doggy Doo Crew will make efforts to revisit the same day or as early as possible. Revisit requests must be made within 24 hours. After this period, work is considered final.​
Modifications
Modifications to services or terms will be communicated in writing with a 30-day notice. Additional charges may apply for changes.
Service Times/Service Days
Service times are from sunup to sundown. Doggy Doo Crew works in most weather conditions. Services may be paused in unsafe conditions. Service days are determined by client address. Certain holidays are observed without compensation or a make-up day.
Performance of Services
Services will be performed on specified dates unless notified otherwise. Clients must ensure gate/access points are free of obstructions. Failure to access the yard will result in notification and charges.
Aggressive Animals
Doggy Doo Crew will not work around aggressive animals. Clients with aggressive animals hindering service will be notified and charged. In case of an animal bite, medical fees are the client's responsibility.
Insurance
Doggy Doo Crew maintains required licenses and Comprehensive General Liability insurance.
Service Delays and Force Majeure
If a client fails to make a scheduled payment, services may be postponed. Certain uncontrollable events may affect service, and Doggy Doo Crew will have no liability.
Independantly Owned and Operated
Doggy Doo Crew is an independently owned and operated business. Clients acknowledge that services are provided solely by Doggy Doo Crew.
Privacy Policy
Collection of Information
Doggy Doo Crew may collect personal information from you, voluntarily provided by you, including your name, email address, phone number, and physical address. Our sites may also collect general information about the service you are requesting, such as the type of property and area needing service, the type and number of pets you have, and general information about your pet’s behavior.
Sharing of Information
Client information will not be shared with third-party entities. Doggy Doo Crew is committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring your information remains confidential.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service and Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements.
